Bay Village | Addition & Renovation

Located on a main connector road in Bay Village, the clients of this project had a growing family and needed additional space for themselves as well as for entertaining. Working with The Arcus Group, FCI Design Build added about 1,000 sqft of additional living space, renovated most of the interior, and added a beautiful side yard veranda for this 1950s colonial. The side yard addition was tied into the home like it was original to the house, and the home owners designed the interior in a warm colonial aesthetic.
